If you feel sad, tired and hurt,
Pause for a while and breathe.
Give yourself some space.
It’s okay to take a break.
Don’t force yourself to think that you’re okay.
Go ahead and cry if it feels too heavy.
It’s okay to release those bottled emotions.
That is the best way to feel at ease.
You are not alone.
Don’t be afraid to seek help.
There are people who are willing to listen.
Remember that your feelings are valid.
Don’t be too hard on yourself.
I know you are trying your best.
A slow progress is still a progress.
You should appreciate all your efforts, even the little things.
You are braver than you think.
Breathe and take it one day at a time.
Keep on moving forward.
There will be better days ahead for you.
