It was a pleasant Friday afternoon as Adamsonians were highly anticipating the windup event as the Welcome Week 2017 celebration was officially concluded by the Rock Back to School 8 concert held last July 14 at the ST Quadrangle.

The concert began with the introduction of the school band Room 14 performing some of their songs including “Wanderer”. It was then later followed by a performance from VIIXI. At this point, the crowd started to grow and everybody was eager and keen. Later on, the coveted rock band 6CycleMind warmed up the stage to set the atmosphere for the night. 6CycleMind lead vocalist Tutti Caringal even reminded the crowd to seize the moment and pour their hearts out tonight, for they will be facing a stressful and hectic semester.

Various independent and mainstream bands performed such as Gracenote, Banda ni Kleggy, Autotelic, DJ Marion Angelo, Stellar. Furthermore, Jensen and The Flips, performed their single “BDYTLK”, setting the audience on fire despite the rain.
